We had a lovely New Year's stay in a Japanese-style room with gorgeous mountain views. The onsen was clean and relaxing, and the traditional breakfast included was absolutely delicious. the hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the train station and had free parking, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel was a bit dated in some areas and could use some updating. The carpets and some areas of the room appeared to need some cleaning, and the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times.
